Services Provided
We provide digital strategy, immersive experience design, content production, and AI-driven distribution frameworks. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in our client contracts, all concepts, designs, code, and creative assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Friendly Creative Studios until all associated invoices are paid in full. Upon full payment, usage rights and licenses are transferred as stipulated in the contract.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not transmit any malicious code, interfere with our networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Friendly Creative Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
